Construction Management Services

The primary function of a construction manager is the control of the Budget and the Schedule, while never compromising quality.

This is done through the monitoring and testing of the design documents as they emerge from the Architect for completeness and adherence to the Budget, and the competitive bidding out of all aspects of the project, while managing the design and construction processes for Schedule conformance.
