Arena has served the University of Pennsylvania on numerous new and renovation projects as Construction Manager and Project Manager for more than twenty years.

New County-Wide Data Center Construction and Data Switch-Over at the NCC Government Center.

Arena has served New Castle County on this and numerous other New Castle County renovation projects in several other County buildings as Construction Manager.

Construction of the new Lloyd Hall Boathouse and Fairmount Park Recreation Facility, which stands at the South end of Philadelphia's famous "Boathouse Row". This project included construction of a gymnasium, locker rooms, restaurant and snack bar.
